Direct employee experience includes all phases of Community Development services from Code Enforcement to Building Inspection to Building and Zoning Plan Review to Deputy Director and Building Commissioner level operations as well as being a key member for Planning and Economic Development processes. Third party vendor experience for municipalities includes more than a decade of Code Enforcement, Building Inspection, and Plan Review service. With additional perspective as a retired firefighter and fire investigator and a criminal justice degree holder, experience is well rounded and applied effectively.
